Designed as a fail-safe suspension mount, the Vibrostop SILENTFIX covers the range from 4 to 40Kg static load per mount. This range is covered by two sizes and 2 alternative elastomer compounds.
Installation In normal applications the mount is fixed to a ceiling by screwing through the top hole in its metal frame. For the suspended load, this would be attached via a bolt & washer inserted through the top of the conical rubber element. In certain cases it is possible to reverse this installation such that the mount is fixed (upside down) to the suspended equipment and attachment to the ceiling passes through the rubber element.
